Download the zip package from the website, extract the contents of the zip into your Documents folder. Open the sentemul2010.exe with Notepad++ or your favourite text editor, scroll to the end and find the sentence:

Replace it with:

Save the file and close it.
Reopen sentemul2010.exe, double-click it, and the installer should open. Follow the instructions, click through all the options, and it should start installing. You will get a message asking if you want to run the setup as an Administrator, say yes. You might get a message that the setup is already running, click yes to cancel.
When the setup is done, restart your PC and when it comes up you should be asked to click on the sentemul2010.exe again. It will show as installed now.
It took me a while to find the tag in the zip file. Sentemul has been around for a while. I can't remember if it was in the old versions.
